Additional After-Hours charge may apply if the property is considered to be unsafe in its current condition, or if failure to react eminently will result in further damage to the property, increasing costs for repairs, or further disrupting or displacing Residents. Where applicable, after hours calls will result in a higher hourly rate for services.
