We perform extensive move-in and move-out inspections on all properties for the Resident legal process. At move-in, we review paint condition, flooring condition, appliance and fixture condition, etc., notating any scuffs, gaps, or issues. At move-out, the move-in inspection is compared to current condition for any damages or normal wear and tear that may need to be charged to the resident or repaired by the owner.
