Additional fee is only assessed for occupied units and covers the labor-intensive process of setting up Residents properly, by contact, follow-up, ensuring that proper information is on file, including Driver's Licenses, up-to-date contact information, follow-up for occupancy, follow-up on Resident balances in arears, and any other information that would need to be legally noted or investigated to meet minimum Platinum Oak standards. 

Platinum Oak will complete the onboarding process for all new properties, including data entry for property-specific information, new owner information, and new resident Information.  If not provided, Platinum Oak will also analyze market competitive set, research property info, and ensure accuracy of information provided prior to or at Mangement start date.
