In life, there are fees. At Palm Property Management, we do what we can to limit fees and strive to work to prevent unnecessary fees when possible.
What we are providing
Fees may be charged to cover repair costs or charges that were caused by Resident action or inaction. Your Palm Team is your representative and we do everything we can to help you avoid preventable charges. If you want to review a charge with us, we are happy to help! We just ask that you review with our team in writing, respectfully, and in due time for review and resolution.
