Monday - Friday - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm 

Saturday and Sunday - Closed 

The office will be closed for all Federal Holidays, which are listed on our website. 

Please call 911 if a life-threatening emergency occurs or if you experience and loss of personal property. If 

there is a maintenance emergency, please submit a work order and call the emergency line at 912-509-7256. If you are not connected to a team member, you MUST leave a voicemail or your call will not be returned.

Our goal is to provide courteous and efficient service for all maintenance requests. Please report all 

maintenance problems as soon as you notice them by submitting a service request via your online tenant portal.

Non-emergency maintenance will be performed during regular office hours. 

Please remember that you will need to replace your HVAC filter every 30 days. If you need assistance in finding your filter location, or need to know what size filter to purchase, please let us know. 

The Property's sanitary system was designed to accommodate normal residential usage. Foreign objects such 

as wipes of all kinds, diapers, paper towels, feminine products, etc., may cause plumbing to be clogged. If you experience clogged plumbing, please submit a work order and we will have our staff correct the problem.

Resdients are provided one key at move-in. You may make as many copies as you like of that key, but replaccements from our office cost $35.00.

All trash is bagged, taken, and placed INSIDE the dumpster. Trash left outside the home, particularly overnight, can attract pests and larger animals. 

If you have a single use trash can, trash must be placed inside the trash can itself.

Make sure yu check with your provider so you take trash out on the correct date. Cans should be placed at the pick-up position  no more than 24 hours before pick-up, and returned to the property no more that 24 hours after pick-up.
