For most of our showings, we use digital lockboxes to allow you to schedule self-showings of properties that you are interested in! You can schedule your showings through ShowMojo! We work primarily with self-showings for two reasons:

1. You can go see the property yourself on your own (scheduled) time, after 5PM, on weekends, whenever!
2. No agents hovering, so you can view the property uninterrupted- and without germs!

To allow these easy-breezy digital lockbox showings, we do ask for the credit card info for scheduling through ShowMojo! This is so that the scheduling program can confirm your identity using that credit card. We want to make sure that only legitimate applicants have access to our homes, and reduce the likelihood of scammers getting into contact with potential applicants. We do this for your safety and security! 

This is all done through ShowMojo, an industry leader in lockbox showings. We have dozens of applicants viewing homes each day, and have had no complaints of issues or security concerns. This is largely done to confirm your identity, and it protects all of our applicants from scamming and other behaviors that might pose a risk to you.
