Welcome to the Palm Property Family! We are thrilled to have you as our newest resident! Thank you for participating in our Tenant Transition or Roommate Addition process! 

If you have an issue, breakage, or something is not working properly, please make sure you submit a work order first, so that we have any issues you encounter logged into our system.


You will need to get a copy of the key from your new roommates or the outgoing Resident. We keep a tight inventory of keys for your safety, and to ensure that we always have spares if you need them! However, you are able to make as many copies of that key as you would like. If you lose your key, and have to get a new one from our office, there is a $35.00 charge for that copy. (We also advise against changing your locks, as this is a lease violation and a bigger charge to replace!) If you need assistance getting a key for your mailbox, check your lease for details on where to get that key! 

  

Your new roommates/ previous resident should know this already, but please remember that you will need to replace your HVAC filter every 30 days! If you need help finding your filter location, or want to know what size filter to purchase, please reply to this email! 


If you have an emergency, please submit a work order and give me a call at (912) 509-7256! If you cannot get a hold of a team member, please leave a voicemail! (Our team is really busy, so if you ever cannot get a hold of us, please leave a voicemail so we can call you back!) 


Please make sure that you check your junkman for our emails and add us to your "safe" list or contacts to make sure that you get important information! Most of our emails will be coming through our tenant management system and can have a very long and confusing alpha numeric address.

You will find the inspection from the move-in on your online tenant portal, along with your lease and shared documents!
