Platinum Oak will coordinate and maintain work quality, insurances, invoice payments for Platinum Oak approved vendors. All vendors carry or are covered by Platinum Oak's Workman's Compensation insurance. 

Platinum Oak will ensure timely payment of balances due, to maintain relationsips with vendors, so that we continue to get Owners the best prices from vendors. In some cases, Platinum Oak will pay on the Property Owner's behalf and bill the Property Owner for resolution.
