Leases are Complicated.
Getting Answers shouldn't be.
Lease Review
In Your Move-In Checklist, you will see a Lease Review, which covers quick, important Lease Agreement details. (This does not replace reading the Lease Agreement, but it does cover key details to make moving in easier.)
Move In Checklist
Your Move In Checklist is included in your Welcome Packet!
Please make sure that you take some time to go through this paperwork for your move-in and notate any issues that you might find. Please submit this information to rent@palmpropertymgt.com within seven (7) days of your move-in.
Accessing your Portal
We highly recommend downloading the app for our online portal if you have not done so already! This will allow you to pay your rent, submit work orders/maintenance requests, and contact us all with the click of a button.
Resident Responsibilities: Landscaping
Your Responsibilities are covered in the Lease Agreement. Most apartments have included landscaping, while many single family homes do not. If you are not sure, please reach out to us at rent@palmpropertymgt.com!
Resident Responsibilities: Pest Control
Pest Control is a Resident's responsibility. Some apartment complexes have exterior treatments to ensure pests do not enter the home, so any additional services are a Resident's responsibility. If you are not sure, please submit a work order so we can assist you!
Resident Responsibilities: HVAC Filters
Changing HVAC filters is a Resident's responsibility. Our teams do offer some supplemental services, like blowing through condenser lines, but this is to keep the system in good working order- not to replace this responsibility. If damage is caused due to filter clogs, Residents may be charged for that damage
Resident Responsibilities: Work Orders
Once the Move-In Process is complete, the Leasing Team is here to assist- but you will need to contact the Maintenance Team for any issues in the home. The best way to get started is by submitting a Work Order.
Adding New Roommate
Adding someone to your Lease is a breeze, but they do have to go through the same approval process.
Adding a Pet
If your home is pet-friendly, we can help you get ready for a new animal!
