Only if tenant does not pay, then Platinum Oak is reimbursed for the fees listed below from the Resident's security deposit first:

Court appearance fees

Eviction Fees

Eviction (Estimated $325 1st hour & $225 ea add hour)

311 trash pickup (outside of municiple may result an added fee, if not capable then trash fee would be charged for haul).

Your contract will have the list of fees for court and evictions.
