Following the placement of a qualified new Resident, the fee is deducted from the first month's rent. This fee covers all time and resources previously invested into placing the Resident, including: move-out inspection, pre-listing, final listing, photos and videos for marketing, showing (digital and in-person options available), applicant screening, Resident approval, verification of Resident requirements such as utilities confirmation, Move-in checklist, Resident Placement, post-move-in checklist.
