Move-out & Security Deposit Coordination

We hold all Resident Security Deposits in a separate escrow account, so that if there are any needed repairs (from damages over normal wear and tear) or unpaid balances due to the property owner, there is a contigency amount to do so. If there are any refunds due to the Resident, we also are able to do so from this saved amount. All security deposits are based on our Company standard that adheres to the federal Fair Housing requirements, so we must screen and assess all applicants based on that standard. We strive to place the best Residents for our property owners, so that we can avoid any non-payments or need for repairs at a move out.
