We require all Residents with animals to submit a Petscreening.com animal profile for pet approval and verification of support/service status. Prospective Residents pay for this screening process, which ensures that all service/support animals are legitmate, following HUD standards. We verify if property allows animals or property owner preference before any approvals, non-refundable pet fees are paid and addendum of lease terms are provided to Resident. In some cases, we require Residents to acquire renter's insurance to cover their pets. All of our leases have the Animal Addendum included with policies displayed, so that ALL Residents are informed about those policies and potential penalties at move-in.
