BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PALM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT HERE TODAY AND REVIEW WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER FOR APPROVAL. ALL COMMUNICATIONS ABOUT PAYMENT PLANS MUST BE IN WRITING. UPDATES WILL BE SENT IN WRITING. PAYMENT PLAN IS NOT VALID UNTIL APPROVAL IS RECEIVED FROM MANAGEMENT ANY DEVIATION FROM APPROVED PAYMENT PLAN WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF PAYMENT. Payment Plans for rents due will have late fees applied. Payment Plans for Resident or Repair charges will be subject to a one-time fee starting at $25.00.
