Wellness Checks are part of the Platinum Oak standard Move-out Process. A brief inspection of the occupied property prior to move occuring roughly 15 days prior to move out to give the Owner an idea of the property condiiton to make turn/renovation decisions based on the conditon of the occupied unit.
