Things we learned:

1.  60 percent of searches on Apartments.com are for city and state, such as “Denver, CO”? Searches of this type make up 214 million searches on the site each year, with the remainder of searches by ZIP code, street address, neighborhood, community name, or point of interest.
2. While we saw lots of growth in the MidWest, Coastal areas remain very popular.
3. Managed Supply Growth is a common theme, with the huge amount of new builds limited in these more urban areas.
4. Supply is beginning to outpace demand where these areas are growing. (These markets may not be on the 2024 list if this trend continues.)
