Payment Plan Details

You can see all charges on your online tenant app, and also in the attached tenant ledger. Please be advised that additional fees may apply if your balance is not paid in full. Partial payments without an approved payment plan, will not prevent the court process from starting.

  • Partial Payments

Partial payments without an approved payment plan will not stop the court process from starting.

  • Court Questions

    • Our company's court process does start on the 10th of each month, which would result in more fees, including court fees that cannot be waived.  We start our process on the 10th to give you some additional time to get your balance covered.
    • If Management has to take next steps and file in the court system, additional fees apply and can be added at any time.
    • Residents in the court system are advised to check for new fees on the tenant app prior to making payments to avoid partial payments resulting in additional fees and frustration.
    • Once in the Court system, residents must pay, in certified funds, their full balance to stop the court process.  This includes all fees.
  • Certified Payments

Certified funds can be brought to the office located at 360 Quarterman Dr Suite 1, Savannah, GA 31410 (do not mail it).

  • Limitations on Payment Plans

    • Our company policy states that if three dispossessory warrants are filed, then we will not be able to stop the third one.  The property owner has the final decision if that process stops.
    • Residents must be in good standing to participate in a Payment Plan
  • Payments after the 25th

If you are paying after the 25th, for previously owed balances, you will be asked to pay the upcoming rent as well.

  • Verifying Payment Amount

Management strongly advises that the Resident verify their full balance on the online tenant portal when acquiring certified payment. These balances can be updated at any time and must be paid in full to stop the court process.
